New figures have revealed that Runnymede was the only Surrey borough where properties dropped in value in the year up to February 2017.
Average house prices in the area dropped by 1.5% from an average of £392,874 to £387,092.
However, everywhere else in the county saw prices rise yet again.
The highest increase was in Tandridge where house values shot up by 5.6% from £412,202 to £435,466.
Elmbridge continued to be the most expensive place to buy as the average house price broke the £600,000 barrier.
However, the area only saw a rise of 0.9%, the second lowest increase in the county.

Smack bang in the middle of price increase rates was Guildford where the cost of the average property rose by 3.1% from £427,304 to £440,516.
As a region the south east placed second in the country for average property values.
Unsurprisingly, London took the title with an average house price of £475,000, compared to the South East's £312,000.
