House Prices Soar In Bucks

Buckinghamshire's seen one of the biggest rises in England and Wales, according to a new report by the government.
The average cost of a property in London rose to around 9 percent, compared to prices in Bucks increasing by 10.6 percent.
Buying a property here will now set you back around £300,000 (average).
Across the UK, house prices rose 1.1% in June, 5.4% compared to the year before. The average price nationally is £181,619. Slightly different to here in Bucks!
